...well...like 90 words...but still!!!

It's something ^^V (and I wrote a diary entry of writing block frustration to myself...which kinda helped unblock to just lay out my ideas).
You know...I think I know why this game didn't sell a whole lot (well...last I heard)...it has some definite issues with ease of play.

The puzzles are insanely obtuse in what you need to do...if you do one small thing wrong (like not having a perfect angle when you roll an itemized goon totem down an incline...then you are screwed.

Zack...I've heard of idle animations...but the bizarre and vaguely disturbing sounds he makes when you set the controller down for a second...@_@ umm...yeah...*takes a big step away*. Neither main character is terribly compelling. The character style is kinda wannabe Crash/Tak/insert generic platformer.

But the problem is moving is kinda rough...you...click...and...move...a little...and then...need...to...click...again to move more....the stuccato...that happens...in motion....is very annoying (like I just illustrated here). There are some cool moments but the structure of the game is so innate at times and just not fun that there's very few compelling reasons to keep at it.

In 2007 when this was the only quality third-party game on the Wii, sure, I figure it was worth it but it's been far surpassed since on the Wii and I just don't see the appeal of a game like this anymore (but I encourage games to surpass it even more).
You can read the whole series here...

Sandman finishes up with a bit of a whimper. One iteration of the Endless Dream is gone but another has taken his place. The book is mostly about remembering the past. Old gods like poor Bast who has no followers anymore (from which she gains her power) and has withered away. It's a transitioning of eras there's a real sense of change (as all through the volumes). "Everything changes and nothing is truly lost." It's a very reflective volume and a good ending to the series.

I recommend it to anyone and since I found it online, feel free to give it a try. It's a fantastic series.
