Fringe Went Zappy
Sep. 17th, 2009 10:21 pmNot in the DVD set I've been going through but in the broadcast 2nd season premiere.
There's a shapeshifting-assassin from a parallel universe. Naturally, said shapeshifting-assassin takes on the form of both males and females.
I have only a vague idea of what was going on in the premiere because I haven't caught up and I wanted to see the broadcast episodes.
Just one note - DAAAAAANG...much better. I love the X-Files analogy for this show because it does really fit. Only the conspiracy is from a parallel universe. What they want is a bit perplexing though. The series was pretty disjointed and slow in the first season. I can already see the second season is much more together about what it wants to do.
EDIT - By analogy I mean they showed the body swap episode of X-Files on a TV (Dreamland) and mentioned the "Fringe" and "X" divisions of the FBI. Amusing ^^.
PS - If you want the spoilerish gist to Fringe - here it is - http://io9.com/5362043/get-caught-up-on-fringes-mysteries
