I think she may just be getting at the idea that it is an ad for a campaign she doesn't agree with. Or something.
I'll agree, it's somewhat humorous, and it's weird to see conservatives do satire... something that is largely the domain of liberals, but you've got to wonder about an ad that uses adjectives like "evil" to describe our enemies so freely. It's almost as if we're trying to be convinced of something, whether it's largely true or not. o_o;
But yeah, two things... I don't agree with the decisions of the administration we currently have running the country... and I think this ad is a waste of time and money. It's another example of serious situations needing extra scrutiny being turned into bipartisan mudslinging and blame naming by both political parties to further eithers' campaign. It's really fucking pathetic.
There's a Dem congresswoman in a totally safe district in my home-state that is running an amazing rip her opponent apart ad... Why? She's got absolutely no chance of losing. It just seems like she's kicking her opponent when she's down.
I have a twisted interest in attack ads though. :P
Part of the problem with the Republicans however, is that they ALWAYS play to win. I'm in the middle of writing an opinion piece right now about how the biggest fault of the Republican party since '94 has been their inability to shift from being an opposition party to a governing party. Thus, they can craft great opposition ads and beat down the Democrats when they misstep, but they haven't delivered long term on their platform. Furthermore, things like the Foley scandal show that they value someone's willingness to side with the party and drink the GOP Kool-Aid over their actual values.
None of which is to say that the Democrats are doing anything right (indeed, they continue to be unable to function as an opposition party), but they're likely to win back the House on the basis of not being Republicans.
