I actually found this on my own before it became all popular. I think it's cool that the guy who hacked the Wii originally wound up doing something like this.

I'm not saying Project Natal isn't interesting...I'm just thinking...this doesn't really scream 'mini-games!' to me. It says "easy mo-cap...arcades...maybe a step towards VR where a guy can stand in front of a screen and his image is converted into a girl and her motions follow his"...but then I think zappy. You can even have it be first person with head tracking like the guy in the link experimented on the Wii.
I don't think the Microsoft video was ambitious enough. Their science gives me big, VR fun ideas.
